Ambit Energy Joins Direct Selling Association (DSA)
DALLAS, TEXAS (September 26, 2008)—Ambit Energy, L.P., announced today that it has filed for its membership in the Direct Selling Association (DSA), a move which further confirms the retail energy provider’s commitment to practicing the highest ethics in business.

The Direct Selling Association (DSA) is the national trade association of the leading firms that manufacture and distribute goods and services sold directly to consumers. More than 200 companies are members of the association, including many well-known brand names. More information is available at www.dsa.org. Compliance with the DSA Code of Ethics is a requirement for membership in the Direct Selling Association. All applicants for membership must complete a one-year pending period during which time the company’s business plan is reviewed to ensure compliance with all provisions of the Code.
